One to one Therapies take place in my Studio, based in Duror. Arrangements can be made for home visits (and a contribution to travel would be very much appreciated).
Small group soundbaths can be arranged at your home, place of work, or a venue of your choice. Get in touch for a quote.
Soundbaths
Soundbaths are a wonderful way to relax and have very special “me” time. It’s a chance to completely let go and let the sounds “bathe” you with their fantastic vibrations. They usually last for around 75 minutes.
There are many benefits to soundbaths that may include lowering blood pressure, improving sleep, pain relief, reducing anxiety, increasing calm, reducing a noisy mind and boosting mood. The effects can last for days, and with regular sound therapy, can have prolonged benefits.

Sound Therapies
One to One Sound Therapy – One and quarter hours £60/Two People - £80.
Using crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks and various instruments around the body or placed directly on the body.
Couples (or 2 good friends) Special Crystal Soundbath – One and half hours £90.
Soundbath as above but also includes a lovely small dedication ceremony to eachother and choosing a crystal for the other person to take home. Very special.
Joint Therapy with Highland Holistic – Massage or Facial & Soundbath is £150. This is a wonderful, luxury, joint therapy treatment to enjoy by yourself or with another person. You will me massaged at the same time as receiving a soundbath. Relaxing and powerful. It has been described as receiving a massage “in 3D”!!!

Kansa Wand Treatments
Kansa Wands Full Body Therapy – One and quarter hours £45
Kansa Wands are based on the Ayervedic System and work through the meridians. The wands are made of wood and have a bronze metal top. It is a very relaxing treatment and is gentle on the body and can have a “lifting effect” on the face. It also works to balance the pH of the skin and has a balancing effect on the body. People report feeling deeply relaxed but very light afterwards. Kansa Wand Treatment can be performed through clothing if preferred.

Choice of 3 areas from the back, head, face, arms, legs or feet.

Reiki, Aromatherapy and Reflexology
Reiki – one hour £45
Reiki is a beautiful therapy that taps into “Ki , or “universal life force” – an energy that surrounds us all. It is a very gentle and relaxing treatment, and you remain fully clothed while lying on the therapy couch or sitting in a chair. It reduces stress and anxiety and aids healing of the mind and body. It also helps reduce pain and discomfort.
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils which have various properties that can support the body. They are used in addition to the therapies that can enhance their effectiveness.
Reflexology – One hour £45
This is performed by gentle pressure on the reflexes on the feet or hands. It is believed that specific reflexes on the feet correspond to specific organs in the body. It is very relaxing and aids the body’s own healing process.
Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga classes - enquire about classes from £6 per person - 1 hour.
Doing a class of Laughter Yoga will make you feel….relaxed and uplifted! It’s great fun and releases all those feelgood hormones. The Yoga part involves breathwork which is very important alongside the laughter.
Numerology
Numerology Report – Handwritten, not computer generated - £50 report/£75 report & in person consultation.
Numerology uses your birth date and birth name and can help you to understand your strengths, weaknesses and challenges. This chart uses the Egyptian Mysteries School Tradition which allows a more in-depth analysis of your numbers. This is pre-ordered and will take time to prepare. £75 includes report and consultation in person or by Zoom.

Biofield & Tuning Forks
Bio-field Therapy – One and quarter hours £60.
Bio-field Therapy is about using tuning forks through the auric field (that holds all your life history) in line with the chakras. It is another form of sound therapy and helps to clear blockages. It is a relaxing, enjoyable and interactive therapy.
Meridian Tuning Therapy – 1 hour £60.
Meridian Tuning Therapy uses tuning forks on acupressure, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and reflexology points on the face, hands and feet. The meridians are like energy channels that run throughout the body and by stimulating these points, it can produce a lot of benefits to the body.
Chakra Clearing
Chakra Clearing – At least 2 hours - £90.
A Chakra clearing is for anyone who is feeling stuck or blocked in some way. It is a way of "shaking up" the energies of the body and is a powerful treatment using tuning forks, singing bowls, crystals, aromatherapy oils and reiki. You will feel relaxed and refreshed after the treatment.
